This is a revival action arising from child sexual abuse brought pursuant to the New York
Child Victims Act, CPLR § 214-g. The Plaintiff, when he was a minor, was sexually assaulted
and abused l:)y Patrick Flynn (hereinafter "Flynn"), an employee, agent, and/or volunteer of
GREEN CHIMNEYS CHILDREN'S SERVICES,11'TC.
