undersigned attorneys, and moves the Court to enter a judgment against Garnishee, to enter an order
directing Garnishee to disburse funds withheld from Defendant's wages pursuant to the Continuing
Writ of Garnishment and Garnishee's Answer to the Continuing Writ of Garnishment, a copy of which
is attached, and to tax Plaintiff's garnishment costs in the amount of $0.00 against Defendant, ERIK J
SHERIDAN. The Plaintiff obtained a judgment in the amount of $4,032.58 against the Defendant on
January 25, 2022. Statutory interest accrues in accordance with Section 55.03, Elorida Statutes, from
the date of the Judgment until the Judgment is paid in full.
