UPON the Order of this Court dated April 18, 2023 and entered on April 24, 2023, a copy
of which is attached hereto, by which the defendant, TAE ONG LEE, was found to be in

contempt of this Court for the second time, and upon the affidavit of Elham Shatara, sworn to on
the 16" day of May, 2023, which sets forth proof that TAE HONG LEE, was personally served
with a copy of that Order under CPLR §308(2) on May 15, 2023 at 266 Birchwood Park Drive,
Jericho, New York by delivering a true copy to Ann Lee, a person of suitable age and discretion,
who identified herself as Defendant’s daughter and who was authorized to accept service on behalf
of Defendant, and
WHEREAS, it has been established to the satisfaction of this Court that TAE HONG

LEE has not purged herself of the contempt, and remains in contempt of this Court, and that rights
of Plaintiffs were impaired, impeded, prejudiced and defeated;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein, attorneys for Plaintiffs,
itis hereby
ORDERED that upon the delivery of a Certified Copy of this order to one of the above-
named law enforcement officers, that the Defendant, TAE HONG LEE, having an address at 266
Birchwood Park Drive, Jericho, New York, be forthwith brought by said officer before this Court
for commitment to a Correctional Institution or for any other disposition the Court, in its discretion,
shall make; and it is further
ORDERED, that if the defendant, TAE HONG LEE, is apprehended when the Court is
not in session, she shall be confined until the next sitting of. Court; and it is further
ORDERED, that the Defendant, TAE HONG LEE, shall be released from custody upon
compliance with the Court order entered on April 24, 2023, which directed that: TAE HONG
LEE comply with the Plaintiffs’ post judgment subpoena to appear for a deposition and produce
documents and pay a fine of $150.00 and counsel fees of $2,283.98, such payment to be made to

the Sheriff of Nassau County to the credit of Plaintiffs; and the payment of the Sheriff's fees.
