The Court, upon consideration of the Motion, the evidence, the pleadings on le herein and other pertinent matters, is of the opinion that the Motion is meritorious for the reasons set forth herein and should, in all things, be GRANTED. The Court nds that there is a compelling need to temporarily grant the relief requested, as immediate and irreparable injury will result if these court records are not sealed before a public hearing is held on the Motion. The Court also nds that no less restrictive means will adequately and effectively protect the parties’ privacy rights. Accordingly, the Court temporarily GRANTS the Motion. It is therefore ordered that the following documents be temporarily sealed and shall not be made part of the public record until nal determination of the Motion and further order of this Court: Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs’ Counts I-IV (Ownership of Patent Rights) and Count V (No Revenue Sharing) and Defendants’ Request for Declaratory Judgment Relief and exhibits thereto. The Court further ORDERS the Clerk of the Court to take notice of this Order and to institute procedures to ensure personnel of the Court comply with the terms of this Order. The nal hearing on the Motion will be heard in open court on , 2020, at _.m. in the l62nd Judicial District Court for Dallas County, Texas. Any person may intervene and be heard concerning the sealing of these records. Plaintiffs are hereby directed to immediately give the public notice of such hearing pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 76a(3).
