WHEREAS, on March 4, 2022, Plaintift Ben-Zion Alcalay ("Plaintiff') commenced this
action against Defendants, Atlas Cybersecurity, LLC and Barry Dynkin ("Defendants"), by the

WHEREAS, the Motion was fully submitted on December 9, 2022; and
WHEREAS, by Decision and Order dated April 24,2023, and entered on April 25,2023
(the "Decision and Order"), the Supreme Court ofthe State of New York, County ofNassau (Hon.
Randy Sue Marber, presiding) granted Plaintiffls Motion and "[d]ue to the continually accruing
interest [] directed [Plaintifls counsel] to settle the Judgment on notice to Defendants" "consistent
with the terms of this Order" i.e. awarding Plaintiffa judgment against Defendants in the amount

of $293,291.40 plus statutory interest accruing from November 23,2020 in accordance with the
Judgment entered by the Circuit Cout of the l5'h Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida (NYSCEF Dkt Nos. 79 and 123); and
WHEREAS, the Decision and Order was issued and entered upon the Court finding that,
inter alia, "the Florida Judgment was properly entered and such Judgement is entitled to full faith
and credit in the State of New York (NYSCEF Dkt. No. 123); and
WHEREAS, on April 25, 2023, Plaintiff served Notice of Entry of the Order (NYSCEF
Dkt. No. 124).
