NOW COMES the Defendant, Maria Amelina (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant,” or
“Amelina”) and hereby opposes the Plaintiff, Peter Kamel (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff,”
or “Kamel”)’s Motion for Real Estate Attachment. Defendant respectfully requests that the
Honorable Court deny said Motion, as Kamel is unable to demonstrate a reasonable likelihood of
success on the merits nor a reasonable likelihood of recovering a judgment equal to or greater
than the amount of the attachment sought and for the reasons set forth in her Memorandum
which accompanies, and is incorporated herein, to the Opposition.
