1 NATURE OF ACTION
2 1. Plaintiff HAROLD J. WRIGHT (“Plaintiff” OR “WRIGHT”) brings this action
3 against Defendants ABF FREIGHT SYSTEM, INC. (“ABF”), BOB HOPKINS (“HOPKINS”)
4 and DOES 1 through 20, inclusive (collectively, “Defendants”), seeking, among other things,
5 statutory, compensatory and punitive damages, interests as allowed by law, costs, attorneys’ fees,
6 and other appropriate and just relief due to Defendants’ unlawful conduct in violation of California
7 Government Code §§ 12940 et seq, and Labor Code § 1102.5, and related damages, attorneys’
8 fees, and equitable relief.
