                                                            ORDER

                  THIS CAUSE,       having come before this Court on Plaintiff EMERALD          INVESTMENT

          HOLDINGS,       LLC’s (“EMERALD”)             Consent Motion   for Leave to File Amended     Complaint
          (“Motion”), and this Court having reviewed the motion and court file, and being otherwise fully
          advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
                  1       Plaintiff’s Motion is hereby GRANTED.
                  2.      The Amended Complaint attached to the Motion as Exhibit “A” is hereby deemed
          filed as of the date of this Order.
                  3.      Pursuant to Rule       1.190, Fla. R. Civ. P., Defendants, 81 GROUP,       LLC,   and J.
          FREUND       PC d/b/a FREUND          LEGAL     shall each file an answer to the Amended Complaint
          within ten days from the date of this Order.
                  4.      Pursuant to Rule 1.140, Fla. R. Civ. P., Defendants, ROBERT        O’NEEL, JANA       S.

          LINBERG;     BROOKS      LINDBERG,       and ZACHARY       A. ANDERSON,     shall file an answer to the

          Amended Complaint within 20 days of the date of service of original process.
