Pursuant to the dictates of Administrative Order No. AOSC20-23 of the Florida Supreme
Court, and to the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Administrative Order No. AO21-24, notice is hereby
given that the parties are required to meet and confer and agree upon a Case Management Plan and
Case Management Order that complies with the time standards as set forth in Fla. R. Jud. Admin.
2.545(a) and (b). Parties shall use the Case Management Order and applicable Case Management
Plan attached to Administrative Order 21-24. The Case Management Order and Case Management

provided to the Case Managers at Joanna.linkous@flcourts18.org and Jennie.buono @flcourts 18.org
along with the proposed Case Management Order with agreed deadlines. If proper service has been
effectuated, the Case Management Plan and proposed Case Management Order shall be due to the
Case Manager thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. If there has not been proper service on
all defendants, the Case Management Plan and proposed Case Management Order shall be due to
the Case Manager thirty (30) days from the date the last defendant is served.
It is further ADJUDGED that within five days from the date of eservice of this Notice,
Plaintiff shall:
1 Furnish a copy of this Notice to each self-represented party by U.S. Mail, first class, postage
paid; and
2. File a certificate signed by Plaintiff’s counsel that delivery of this Notice has been made as
set forth herein.
