l The Court should appoint the parties as temporary joint managing
conservators and designate Petitioner as the conservator who has the exclusive right to
designate the primary residence of the child.
2. The Court should apportion he rights and duties of a parent set out in section
153.132 of the Texas Family Code.
3 The Court should render a possession order designed to protect the safety and
well-being of the child, including but not limited to ordering Respondent’s periods of
access to the child be continuously supervised by a person chosen by the Court.
4 Respondent should be ordered to pay child support, and medical and dental
support, in an amount consistent with the child support guidelines set out in the Texas
Family Code applied retroactively to the date of service of the petition on Respondent;
5 Petitioner should be awarded the exclusive right to enroll the child in school
or daycare.
4 The Court should make any further other orders the Court deems necessary
to protect the safety and welfare of the child.
It is ORDERED that any authorized person eighteen years of age or older who is
not a party to or interested in the outcome of this suit may serve any citation, notice, or
process in this case.
