The Plaintiff’ s Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc was originally presented on 06/01/23, and is
to be heard by the Court on this date due to mathematical error. The court has reviewed the
pleadings and argument of counsel and determined that Plaintiff has shown sufficient cause to
enter and sign a judgment nunc pro tunc.
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc be GRANTED and
that Plaintiff have and recover of and from Defendant, the following:
1. The amount of $14,272.89 as the balance due, owing and unpaid;
2. Post-judgment interest on said sums from the date of Judgment until paid at the
statutory rate; and
3. A11 costs of this proceeding in the amount of $441.85.
Plaintiff shall have all writs and other process necessary to enforce this Judgment. All
relief not expressly granted herein is denied. This Judgment finally disposes of all parties and all
claims, and is appealable.
