AND MOTION FOR DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT AS TO MIAMI S&E GROUP, INC.
AND GUZI'S INVESTMENTS. LLC.
THIS MATTER having come on to be heard on May 9,2022 upon the Plaintiffs Motion for
Summary Judgment as to Ohad Buzi and Motion for Default Judgment as to Miami S&E Group, Inc.
and Guzi's Investments, LLC, and this Court having duly considered said Motion, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs Motion is hereby GRANTED. The Court
makes the following findings of fact:
1. A Default was entered against Miami S&E Group, Inc. and Guzi's Investments, LLC on
August 3, 2021.
2. The Plaintiffbank lent money to the Defendant, Miami S&E Group, Inc..
3. Ghad Guzi and Guzi's Investments, LLC. entered into a Commercial Guarantees whereby
the corporate debt was guaranteed.
4. The Defendants failed to make payment and defaulted on the loan.
5. The Defendants owe the Plaintiff the principal sum of $53,572.38 and court costs of
$636.00.
