upon being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1 My name is Kelly Wickson, residing at 205 Broadmoor Lane, Rotonda West, FL 33947.
2 I am over the age of 18, and I know and understand the meaning of an oath.
3 I have personal knowledge of the facts and information presented below.
Tam currently married to Eric Wickson.
I have no interest or ownership in the property that is the subject of the above-captioned
foreclosure action, nor have | ever had any interest or ownership in said property.
At the time Eric Wickson resided at the subject property, he was married to another
individual. I have never resided, or even entered, the subject property.
I am hereby stating that I, Kelly Wickson, have never had any ownership interest or
homestead rights in the property subject to the above-captioned lawsuit, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK “E”, CLINTWOOD ACRES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
