Motion to Transfer Venue originally entered by this Court November 10, 2021 and, further,
ordering the remand of the cases of Baldemar Quintero, Jr. v. Signature Care Emergency Center,
et al, Cause N0. C-2540—19—L, in the 464th Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas;
Karina Quintero v. Signature Care Emergency Center, et al, Cause No. C-2542—19-L, pending in
the 464‘“ Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas; Maria Quintero v Signature Care
Emergency Center, et al, Cause N0. C-2541-19-L, pending in the 464th Judicial District Court 0f
Hidalgo County, Texas; and Edgar Perez v. Signature Care Emergency Center, et al, Cause No.
C-2543-19-H, pending in the 389th Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, t0 their
respective trial courts in Hidalgo County, Texas, for direction to the Hidalgo County District Clerk
