                             The Court, having considered Plaintiff Blake Tartt, III Motion for Issuance of

                   Letters Rogatory filed on October 19, 2021, finds:

                             1.    That this is an action for defamation; and

                             2.    The witness is a resident of the State of Mississippi and is the custodian

                   of the records of the Office of Human Resources of the University of Mississippi (“Ole

                   Miss”); and

                             3.    Telephone(s) and/or email addresses assigned to Ole Miss personnel are

                   alleged to have been used to disseminate false information regarding Plaintiff, to

                   Plaintiff's detriment.

                             The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. It is therefore
        ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court issue a letter rogatory to The Custodian

of Records of the University of Mississippi.
