THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court for Hearing on Defendant’s Motion to Stay
and Compel Appraisal on July 19, 2023, and the Court having reviewed the Motion, heard the
arguments of the parties, noted the parties’ agreement, and otherwise being fully advised in its
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Defendant’s Motion to Stay and Compel Appraisal filed on October 20, 2022, is hereby
GRANTED.
This matter is hereby STAYED, as the Court has been notified that the parties are in
agreement as to appraisal
The case will be stayed for ninety (90) days pending completion of appraisal.
If the appraisal cannot be completed within ninety (90) days, the parties may move for an
extension of time in order to complete the appraisal or provide a proposed Agreed Order
for the Court’s consideration.
