NOW COMES Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Industrial Laminates Corporation
(“Third-Party Plaintiff”) and files this its Notice of Nonsuit with Prejudice as to all claims
brought in this lawsuit against Third-Party Defendant Ventura Berrones D/B/A Berrones
Masonry, and in support thereof respectfully show the Court the following:
Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Industrial Laminates Corporation no longer desires to
prosecute the claims brought in this lawsuit against Third-Party Defendant Ventura Berrones
D/B/A Berrones Masonry.
WHEREFORE, Third-Party Plaintiff requests that this Court acknowledge this Notice of
Nonsuit with Prejudice as to all claims against Third-Party Defendant Ventura Berrones D/B/A
Berrones Masonry, and enter an Order in the form attached hereto, dismissing all claims brought
in this proceeding against Defendant Ventrua Berrones with prejudice to the right of Third-Party
Planitiff to re-file claims brought in this action against Third-Party Defendant, or any part of
them, in this or any other Court.
