Having considered all of the papers and evidence submitted in support of and in opposition
t0 this Motion, having considered all relevant authorities, and having heard oral argument from
counsel, the Court hereby grants Defendant FIRST STUDENT, INC.’S Motion for Summary
Judgment in its entirety. The Court finds that there is n0 triable issue 0f material fact with regard to
the issue of causation as raised in Defendant FIRST STUDENT, INC.’s Motion for Summary
Judgment, or in the alternative Motion for Summary Adjudication and Defendant FIRST
STUDENT, INC. is entitled to judgment as a matter 0f law, against all Plaintiffs, as set forth in the
Court’s ruling, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that
FIRST STUDENT INC.’S Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
