Findings
The Court finds that Petitioner and Respondent reached an agreement at mediation with
James A. Cooper and this order is stipulated to represent a merger of a mediated settlement
agreement dated December 12, 2022 between the parties. To the extent there exist any
differences between the mediated settlement agreement and this order, this order shall control in
all instances. The Court finds that the following orders are in the best interest of the child.
Counseling
IT IS ORDERED that Amy Galpin is appointed as the child’s therapist during the
pendency of this case. The counseling shall include counseling on any and all issues that
confront the child or which Amy Galpin finds appropriate to effectuate her treatment plan. IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED that the child shall attend at least three (3) sessions and additional
sessions as recommended by the therapist. Respondent shall pay 100% of the therapy cost for
the child until further of the Court.
IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner and Respondent shall each present the child to Amy
Galpin for mental health services (ie. counseling and therapy). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED
that Petitioner and Respondent shall follow any and all recommendations made by the therapist

pending further order of the court, including but not limited to recommendations about
scheduling appointments and the child’s treatment plan. The parent in possession of the child at
the time of the scheduled appointment shall exercise due diligence in scheduling and transporting
the child to and from the therapy appointments.
Electronic Communication
IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner and Respondent shall continue to follow the provisions
regarding electronic communication between the conservators and the child as set out in the
“Agreed Final Order to Modify Parent-Child Relationship” signed by this Court on June 4, 2021,
unless modified as follows:
Respondent shall not turn off the child’s cell phone during Respondent’s periods of
possession with the child.
Except in the case of emergency, Petitioner shall not call the child more than once per
day and Petitioner shall call the child at 3:00 p.m.
Passports
IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner shall turn over the child’s passport to Respondent on or
before Friday, December 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The parties stipulate that this exchange has
occurred.
Duration
These orders shall continue in force and effect until further order of this Court.
