        Amicus Attorney enters a general denial and makes a general appearance for the child

who is the subject of this suit.

2       Best Interest of the Child

        Amicus Attorney requests that the following factors be considered in determining the best

interest of the nicl

        a    the desires of the child;

        b    the emotional and physical needs of the child now and in the future;

        c.   any emotional and physical danger to the child now and in the future;

        d        the parenting ability of each person seeking managing conservatorship of the child;

        e        the programs available to assist each person seeking managing            conservatorship
                 of the child in promoting the best interest of the child

                 the plans for the child of each person seeking      managing     conservatorship of the
                 child;


                 9g       the stability of the home of each person seeking managing conservatorship
                 of the child;

                 h        the acts or omissions of each person seeking managing           conservatorship
                 of the child; and

                 1       any excuse for the acts or omissions      of each    person   seeking   managing
