Quality Works Construction claims against the City of Galveston for breach of a settlement
agreement SEVERED from this action. The severed claim shall be assigned and
CONSOLIDATED with Cause No. 22-CV-0134, Insurors Indemnity Company v. Quality
Works Construction, Inc., et al.
