On April 16, 2020, Defendants Sami Habash and Christine Sahoury’s Motion t0 Dissolve
Temporary Injunction was submitted for consideration. After considering the pleadings and
evidence submitted, the Court finds that Defendants’ Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants Sami Habash and Christine Sahoury’s
Motion to Dissolve Temporary Injunction is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the December 9, 2019 Agreed Temporary Injunction
enjoining Defendants Sami Habash and Christine Sahoury from selling the property located at
1623 S. Westmoreland Road in Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas is hereby dissolved.
