TO THE SHERIFF OR ANY CONSTABLE WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS - GREETINGS:
On the 27th day of June, 2023 Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Galveston County, Texas, in a suit wherein Samantha Russell,
Plaintiff, and Andrea McCarty; Aaron Woolfson, Defendant(s), numbered 23-EV02-0406 on the docket of said court, Plaintiff
recovered a judgment against Defendant for possession of the following premises:

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO:
1 Post a written warning of at least 8 %” x 11” on the exterior door of the premises, notifying the tenant that the writ has been
issued and that the writ will be executed on or after a specific date and time stated in the warning not sooner than 24 hours after
the warning is posted;
WHEN THE WRIT IS EXECUTED:
Enter such premises and deliver possession thereof to the landlord;
Instruct the tenant and all persons claiming under the tenant to leave the premises immediately, and, if the persons fail to
comply, physically remove them;
Instruct the tenants to remove or to allow the landlord, the landlord’s representative, or other person acting under the officer’s
supervision, to remove all personal property from the premises other than personal property claimed to be owned by the
landlord; and
Place, or have an authorized person place, the removed personal property outside the premises at a nearby location, but not on a
public or private sidewalk, passageway, street or parking area and not while it is raining, sleeting or snowing.
YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AT YOUR DISCRETION TO:
6 Engage the services of a bonded warehouseman to remove and store, subject to applicable law, part or all of the property at no
cost to the Jandlord or the officer executing the writ.
7. You may not require the landlord to store the property.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT: Pursuant to section 7.003, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, you are not
liable for damages resulting from the execution of the writ if you execute the writ in good faith and with
reasonable diligence.
8. You may use reasonable force in executing this writ.
