scheduled for March 13, 2020. It is anticipated that Plaintiff will have 2 live witness, a
deposition t0 read into evidence and documents to publish. Further, Plaintiff will
subpoena the Defendant t0 appear at trial and testify. Therefore, Iwould estimate, trial
