Systems, Inc., as nominee for M&T Bank, its successors and assigns, in the amount of
$57,900.00, dated August 23, 2019 and recorded in the Chautauqua County Clerk's Office on
August 23, 2019 as Instrument No. MT2019003241. Said Mortgage was assigned from Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for M&T Bank, its successors and assigns, to
State of New York Mortgage Agency by Assignment of Mortgage dated May 25, 2023 and
recorded in the Chautauqua County Clerk's Office on May 25, 2023, as Instrument No.
MT2023002368.
2. To recover possession of the property described in Schedule “A” attached hereto.
