On this day, the Court considered Plaintiffs-Counterclaim Defendants [Pwe, Inc. and Erich
Spangenberg (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) Unopposed Motion to Exceed Page Limit (“Motion”).
Afier considering the Motion, the Court finds that compelling reasons exist and hereby GRANTS
the Motion. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that Plaintiffs may exceed the page limit imposed by the Dallas Count General
Order dated April 6, 2020 for Plaintiffs’ Traditional and No-Evidence Motion for Summary
Judgment filed on October I, 2021. The Court shall consider the evidence attached in support of
