AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT
This is a contraband forfeiture case pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter
59. The alleged contraband is ONE 2011 INFINITY QX80 SUV, V.LN. JNSAZ2NF8B9503426,
seized by law enforcement officers on or about MAY 2, 2021, in Galveston County, Texas because
of its connection to felony narcotics offenses. The alleged contraband was seized from JONATHAN
ANDREW VISKADURAKIS and registered to MATTHEW JARED PEREZ. BBVA USA is the lien
holder for this vehicle. On June 28, 2021, an Interlocutory Default Judgment was granted forfeiting
VISKADURAKIS and PEREZ’s interest. RESPONDENT BBVA USA is represented by counsel and is
entering into this agreement through counsel. The remaining parties have reached an agreement to
conclude this case. The State non-suits its forfeiture claim to 2011 INFINITY QX80 SUV, V.LN.
IN8AZ2NF8B9503426 and agrees it shall be returned to respondent BBVA USA, and hereby
moves to the court to order the return of 2011 INFINITY QX80 SUV, V.LN.
IN8AZ2NF8B9503426 TO BBVA USA.
IT Is ORDERED, pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 59.06(f), that the
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, and all other appropriate state agencies, shall issue good
and sufficient title to said vehicle effective MAY 2, 2021, such that will perfect title in the BBVA
USA and any subsequent purchaser from said agency.
THIS JUDGMENT DISPOSES OF ALL CLAIMS AND PARTIES AND IS FINAL.
