Dear Judge Moore: I am in receipt of the Court’s March 8, 2017 Notice of Intent to Dismiss. Please accept this letter as a formal request to extend the dismissal setting for another sixty (60) days. While the Court has approved the sale of the house made the subject of the receivership, the Receiver is still working on a final accounting for the furniture contents of the house also made a subject of the receivership.
