Re: David Pickett, Trustee of the Albert Hill Trust, v. Albert G. Hill, III, and Erin
Nance Hill, Cause No. DC-16-04654 in the 162nd Judicial District Court,
Dallas County, Texas.
Dear Judge Moore:
I am in receipt of the Court’s March 8, 2017 Notice of Intent to Dismiss. Please
accept this letter as a formal request to extend the dismissal setting for another sixty (60)
days.
While the Court has approved the sale of the house made the subject of the
receivership, the Receiver is still working on a final accounting for the furniture contents
of the house also made a subject of the receivership. As such, I respectfully request a
brief extension in the amount of sixty (60) days within which to file my final report.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact our office.
Kindest Regards,
G. Kevin Buchanan,
Court-Appointed Receiver
