CAUSE NO. DC-16-046S4 DAVID PICKETT, TRUSTEE OF THE § IN THE ALBERT HILL TRUST § § Plaintiff, § § v. § 162nd DISTRICT COURT § ALBERT G. HILL, III § and § ERIN NANCE HILL, § § Defendants. § DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTE SERVICE After considering the Motion for Substitute Service of Process and the supporting Affidavit of Chris Stanton (the "Motion") filed by Plaintiff David Pickett, Trustee of the Albert Hill Trust ("Plaintiff'), the Court finds Plaintiff has diligently attempted service on Defendants Albert G. Hill, III and Erin Nance Hill (collectively, "Defendants"), and Plaintiff s attempts to serve Defendants have been unsuccessful. The Court further finds that the substitute service requested in Plaintiffs Motion will be reasonably effective to give Defendants notice ofthis suit. THEREFORE, the Court GRANTS the Plaintiffs Motion and authorizes substitute service on Defendants by leaving a true and correct copy of the citations, the First Amended Petition, and this Court's Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion for Substitute Service (the "Order") with anyone more than sixteen years of age at Defendants' residence located at 981 Davis Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, 30327 ("Defendants' Residence"), or by posting a true and correct copy of the citations, the attached First Amended Petition, and this Order on the front gate of Defendants' Residence.
