Troiano, shall be allowed to ask questionsinvolvingthe Plaintiffs medical historyrelated to the injuriesthe Plaintiff is claiming as a result of the allegedincident and as to the mechanics of how her injuries occurred. He can ask when she first experienced symptoms. The examining physicianshall not ask, and the Plaintiff will not respond to: questioningpertainingto liability; when the Plaintiff hired an attorney; who referred the Plaintiff to any doctor; and how the Plaintiff found any ofher doctors. 3. As to Paragraph 3, the objectionis sustained. The Plaintiff shall only be requiredto bring her identification. The Plaintiff shall not be requiredto bring any documents. 4. As to Paragraph 4, the objectionis sustained in part and overruled in part. Plaintiff shall provide her medical historyrelevant to this case, orally,if asked. However, the Plaintiff shall not be requestedor requiredto fill out any forms. 5. As to Paragraph 5, the objectionis sustained in part and overruled in part.
