Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 34/100 Dollars ($29,512.34),.to it paid, and secured to be
paid by J. R. Farmer of the Oounty of Fort Bend, in the State of Texas, as follow:
Twenty Thoueand Three Hundred Twenty and 75/100 Doliars ($20,320.75) cash, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further assumption of the payment by the
said J. R. Farmer of Richmond; Texas, of the foliowing indebtedness, $6,691.59 due the
Federal Land Bank, and the Wilson D, Wing notes $2500.00 together with interest thereon from
the 10th day of Dec. 1924, all of which above mentioned debts constitute liens against the
following described property, acting herein by ite President and Secretary, they being duly
authorized so to do by an order of the Board of Directors of grantor duly passed, have granted,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said J. R. Farmer
