R. R, Farmer, hie heire together with all and singular the a and assigns forever, and the Second National Bank of Houston, Texas, does hereby bind itself, ite successors and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular, the said premises unto the said J. R. Farmer, his heirs and assigns against every person whomsoevor lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof, But it is expressly agreed and stipulated that the Vendor's Lien is retained againet only that portion of the above described property which is situated in the Block and I, & G. N. R. R, Company Surveys, premises and improvements, until the above described notes and all interest thereon are fully paid according to their face and tenor, effect and reading, when this deed shall become absolute and it is agreed that releases from the holders of the indeb= tedness assumed shall release this lien.
