Reconsideration of the Order Denying Edgefield Holdings, LLC’s Motion to Substitute Edgefield
Holdings, LLC as Real Party in Interest (the “Motion’”). Upon consideration of the Motion,
examination of the pleadings and papers on file, and being further advised in the premises, the
Court ORDERS and ADJUDGES, as follows:
1 The Motion is hereby GRANTED.
2. The Court hereby VACATES its Order denying Edgefield Holdings, LLC’s Motion to
Substitute Edgefield Holdgins, LLC as Real Party in Interest entered on October 21,
2022.
