                   ORAL AND VIDEOTAPED DEPOSITION OF PAUL EARLY

       PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule            199   of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure,

MILTON       635    GRAVOIS ROAD LLC,           635   GRAVOIS ROAD LEASING LLC,                  and 635

GRAVOIS ROAD REAL ESTATE LLC ("Plaintiffs") will              take the oral and videotaped deposition

of Paul Early      at the offices   of AKERMAN, LLP, 2001 Ross Avenue, Suite 3600, Dallas, Texas

77201 on    Tuesday, April 18, 2023 commencing at 9:00 a.m. CST.

       The deposition Will take place before a stenographer and Will be videotaped. The deposition

shall continue from day-to-day until completed, unless otherwise agreed to by counsel, and when

taken and returned according to law, may be used in evidence at trial   of the   above—referenced case.
