                                          AGREED ORDER
           After considering the Parties Agreed Joint Motion for Correction of Trial Continuance, the

Court is of the opinion that good cause has been shown therein and that the Motion should be

GRANTED.

           Accordingly, the Court’s trial setting of July 31, 2023 was set in error and is hereby

VACATED.           This civil action is reset for trial on                               ,   2023 (the

“Trial Setting”). It is further ORDERED that the following pretrial matters will be completed by

the following dates:

      a.      Fact discovery closes 120 days before the Trial Setting;

      b.      Party seeking affirmative relief to designate experts and provide reports 105 days
              before the Trial Setting;

      c.      Party opposing affirmative relief to designate experts and provide reports 90 days
              before the Trial Setting;

      d.      Designation of rebuttal experts and provide reports 75 days before the Trial Setting;

      e.      All expert discovery closes 45   days before the Trial Setting;

      f.      Other amended pleadings due 45 days before the Trial Setting; and
    g.      Mediation before Hon. Carl Ginsburg as Mediator to be held no later than 30 days
            before the Trial Setting.
