        After considering the Parties’ Agreed Joint Motion for Continuance (of a First Trial Setting),

the Court is   of the opinion that good   cause has been shown therein and that the        Motion should be

GRANTED.

        Accordingly, the Court’s trial setting of February l3, 2023, is hereby VACATED. This civil

        It is further   ORDERED       that the following pretrial rnatters will be completed by the


following dates:

        a.   Fact discovery closes 120 days before the Trial Setting;

        b.   Party seeking affirmative relief to designate experts       8c   provide reports 105 days before

        c.   Party opposing affirmative relief to designate experts       8c   provide reports 90 days before
             the Trial Setting;

        d.   Designation of rebuttal experts   8c   provide reports 75 days before the Trial Setting;

        e.   All expert discovery closes 45   days before the Trial Setting;

        f.   Other amended pleadings 45 days before the Trial Setting; and
