COMES NOW, Defendant Sharyland Residential Community Property
Owners Association, Inc. (“Defendant”), in the above-captioned matter, and requests
this Court to substitute Mark B. Rabe, Texas State Bar No. 24070461 (lead counsel),
and Ricka Martin-Tijerina, Texas State Bar No. 24120993, of the law firm of Roberts
Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC, 317 Grace Lane, Suite 140, Austin, TX 78746, as
counsel in place of Chad E. Robinson, Texas State Bar No. 24037373, Jason R. Reed,
Texas State Bar No. 24043887, and Grant M. Figari, Texas State Bar No. 24119480,
of the law firm of Riddle & Williams, P.C., for the litigation of the claims filed by Jose
Alberto Martinez Soto (“Plaintiff”) in this matter.
Movant hereby represents that Plaintiff will not be prejudiced by the
substitution, Chad E. Robinson, Jason R. Reed, Grant M. Figari, and Defendant
approve of the substitution, and that no delay in prosecution of this matter will result
