Hi All,
Exciting day to open at the studio!
To help us round out this incredible move I am asking for some help at bowery to organize what
stays and what goes.
@Katie Cardner – Can one of the studio receptionists be at bowery on Friday to help direct movers?
@Stephanie Saunders – who from your team can be here Friday to help provide direction on
production equipment?
Outstanding items:
1. Selling furniture
a. If couch, table, etc. are not sold by Friday where should we move it to?
2. Movers will take Office supplies, kitchen & bathroom supplies to the 3rd floor at W Broadway.
All other items will be moved to 2nd floor. Can Randy’s organizer help with organizing the
BOH items in addition to production or do we need a pvolve team to help with this?
3. iMacs will be traded in to apple so we can get mone back from them. Does anyone need any
documents from these before they are wiped? (mainly all cuvee docs)

Hi All,
Happy Friday! Eden is helping us find the right mover for the final move out of 112 Bowery on the
27th. Having final approval will help tremendously with choosing a moving company. Could everyone
please take one last look at the 112 Bowery Inventory spreadsheet and let us know if you have any
comments/questions/concerns about the plans for each item.
If I don’t hear any feedback I will assume you agree with what’s put in the spreadsheet Feel free to
add your comments next to RKs and we will manage it accordingly.
Additionally, if you have questions specifically for the prospective moving teams could you please
send those our way and we will be sure to get the questions answered.
As a reminder, majority of P.volve equipment will be moved this Sunday, the 22nd, in preparation for
the first week of classes at the new studio! As well as a few other items needed for next week. The
rest of the misc. and large items will be moved on the 27th.

Please see our google doc here Æ 112 Bowery Inventory of items currently at 112 Bowery (as of
Saturday). Pics attached in word file. Let me know if you have issues opening.
Action needed by end of week: Could you & the exec team discuss and let me know if you disagree
with any items that we recommend selling, recycling or items you think should NOT be moved?
Next Steps:
Sunday the 22nd - Equipment for first week of classes as well as and production team
computers will be moved via task rabbit. Katie, Ashley and I will work together to make sure
those items are moved and put into their correct places.
Friday the 27th we will have the majority of items moved to 415 W Broadway (once classes
are done)
Need to choose and hire a mover
Key Concern: Selling before we have to have the space cleared.
I have asked Eden to see if they have a recommended company that buys office/home items
from companies and will be sure to get back to you as soon as I hear back.
It is going to be a tight squeeze with Production equipment, retail items, events equipment, etc. but
we will make it work together. As long as we have a plan of action ahead of time.
