                           ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION                           TO COMPEL

             ON THIS DAY came to be heard Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel and Defendants National

Casualty Company, K&K                 Insurance Group, Inc., and Engle Martin & Associates’ (collectively,

“Defendants”) response. After reviewing Plaintiffs’ motion to compel, Defendants’ response, and

pertinent law, the Court finds that Plaintiffs’ motion to compel should be, and is hereby, DENIED
     part.   To the extent Defendants have provided documents to their retained experts as listed in Plaintiffs' motion, those documents
in Fett.       should be produced to Plaintiffs.   The Court grants Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel solely as to documents   produced to experts.
