     connection with their appeal currently pend:ig before the Court of Appeal of the State of

     California, in and for the Third Appellate District (Appellate Case No C067866), came on

2             After reviewing the moving and opposition papers and hearing oral argument on the
3    Motion, the Court ruled as follows:
4             IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
5              1.       CA CONSTRUCTION'S Motion for an Order Compelling Plaintiffs to Obtain a
6    Bond in connection with their appeal currently pending in the Court of Appeal ofthe State of
7    Califomia, in and for the Third Appellate District (Appellate Case No. C067866) is hereby
8    granted.
9             2.        Plaintiffs are required to obtain a bond on appeal in the amount of $
10            3.        A copy of this Order shall be filed and served upon all counsel of record in this
11   action forthwith.
