     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT counsel for plaintiff in the above-
entitled case has filed herein a Notice of Intent to Move for New
Trial and Motion for a Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict and
that the clerk of this Court has set the same for hearing on
March 18, 2011 at 10:30 a.m., in Department 43.

Furthermore, this Notice of Hearing shall serve as formal notice
that the hearing on defendant's Motion for Attorney's Fees,
Expenses and Costs shall be continued to April 8, 2011 at 09:30
a.m., in Dept. 43.

     If these dates are unsatisfactory to counsel, please
mutually agree on dates for hearing and notify the Clerk of
Department 43.
