21   (hereinafter "CA CONSTRUCTION") hereby requests that this Court take judicial notice of the

22   following records and documents:

23            1.       The California Contractor's State License Board's (hereinafter "CSLB") Certified

24   License History for licensed general contractor CA CONSTRUCTION. Please note that this

25   document has been requested from the CSLB, but due to processing times, I am unable to provide

26   a copy of the document for the Court at the time of filing this Motion to Strike. I have been

27   advised that the certified license history for CA CONSTRUCTION will be available in

28   approximately two to four weeks. As such, I will provide the Court with a copy of the certified
