Enlargement of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint [DE 56] (the “Motion”), and the Court
having reviewed the Motion, being advised of an agreement between the Parties, and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion is hereby GRANTED.
2. Defendant David Merino shall have up to and including October 5, 2023, to respond to
Plaintiffs’ Complaint. Counsel for the Plaintiffs and for Mr. Merino have agreed that there
will be no such additional extensions unless good cause is shown.
