aspects of trial with the court on this date. The parties shall endeavor to agree upon
admi sibility of testimony and exhibits prior to this date. Any such issues or evidentiary
objections that cannot be agreed upon by the parties will be addressed by the Court on this
date.
TIME
Failure to appear will be grounds for dismissal for want of prosecution.
10. /2021 TRIAL. If not assigned by the second Friday following this date, the case will be reset.
