PETITIONER'S SUPPORTING AFFIDAVIT
SCOTT PERSONETTE appeared in person before me today and stated under oath:
"My name is SCOTT PERSONETTE. I am above the age of eighteen years, and I am
fully competent to make this affidavit. The facts stated in this affidavit are within my personal
knowledge or belief based on representations made to me by a person with personal knowledge
and are true and correct.
"Tam the Petitioner in this case.
"I am well acquainted with the present environment of the children LENNOX MARIE
PERSONETTE and LAWSON JAMES PERSONETTE. The children's present environment
may endanger her physical health or significantly impair her emotional development. Specific
facts that support the above are as follows:
Meaghan Personette was arrested in Montgomery County for DWI with minors in the car. This
incident happened on December 6, 2020 when she was arrested. The minors were my two
children, that are in this modification, and her other child, Lincoln Allen.
I was informed by Meaghan Personette 2nd ex-husband, Sean Allen, of her arrest on December
7, 2020. At that time he told me that CPS got involved and gave the children to Meaghan's mom.
I called the CPS investigator, Joeanna Woodcock, and she informed me that her mother had the
children and that I was more than welcome to go get them anytime, but stated that the children
were very distraught and wait until the next day to go get them due to it being late in the evening.
But the investigator did say Meaghan was not able to be around the children unsupervised.
On December 8, 2020 I went to the grandparents house to pick the children up and brought them
to my apartment.
On December 9, 2020 I was in a conference call with Meaghan, the investigator, Joeanna
Woodcock, and the investigators supervisor and in that time they stated that she could not be in
possession nor with the kid's and gave no time frame. I have not heard from Meaghan Personett

since the 9th. She hasn't called to check on the kid's at all. I suspect she's in rehab
at this point.
Meaghan had our children back only 1 day before she was arrested for a DWI. Before
that it had
be weeks that I had had them exclusively, before she got them back on the Sth of December
. I've
had physical possession of our two children since the beginning of November 2020
full time.
"This affidavit is partially based upon the representations of the CPS case worker and
I
believe the representations made by Joeanna Woodcock, a person with personal knowledge
of
the present circumstances of the child LENNOX MARIE PERSONETTE and LAWSON
JAMES PERSONETTE to be credible. The child's present circumstances would significantly
impair her physical health or emotional development.”
