The parties are advised that this Order is entered for administrative purposes only and the parties must present a written settlement for Court approval, file a voluntary dismissal, submit a proposed final judgment, or take other appropriate action to end the Court’s jurisdiction. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. The Clerk shall close this case for state reporting purposes. 2. The Clerk shall administratively cancel all pending Court hearings and trial dates. 3. The Clerk shall cancel any pending foreclosure sale, if any. 4. Ninety (90) days from today’s date, if the parties have not taken action to close the Court file and terminate the Court’s jurisdiction, the parties shall submit a Status Report describing actions taken to effectuate the settlement, what remains, and an estimate as to when the settlement will be fully effectuated. Thereafter, the parties shall submit an updated Status Report every 30 subsequent days. If the settlement contains confidential terms, the parties may use generic language. 5. Nothing in this Order affects any collateral matter, including without limitation to, motions to determine confidentiality of court records or any unsettled claims for attorney fees or costs or both, and deficiency judgment matters. The Court retains jurisdiction to enter such Orders as may be necessary to enforce the terms of the settlement. DONE AND ORDERED in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, on 07/14/2023.
