20 Authorizing And Confirming Sale Of Receivership Personal Property (the "Application"), the
21 supporting Declarations of Kevin Singer and Blake Alsbrook and all exhibits attached thereto; the
22 supporting Memorandum of Points and Authorities; all documents and pleadings in the Court's file
23 for this action; and all other oral and documentary evidence presented in connection with the
24 hearing of the Application; and this matter having been continued to allow the interested parties to
25 meet-and-confer; and good cause appearing therefor;
26 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
27 1 The Application is granted.
28 2. The sale of receivership personal property located at 759 Ward Dr., Goleta, CA

[REVISED PROPOSED] ORDER AUTHORIZING AND CONFIRMING SALE OF
RECEIVERSHIP PERSONAL PROPERTY
93111 and 839 Ward Dr., Goleta, CA 93111, which property is more fully described in Exhibit 2
to the Declaration of Kevin Singer in the Ex Parte Application filed herewith, excepting those
security cameras affixed to the exterior walls of the premises located at 759 Ward Drive, Goleta
CA 93111 (the "Assets"), for $350,000, on an "as-is, where-is" basis, without any representations
or warranties, by Receiver Kevin Singer as seller to Central Coast Processing, LLC as buyer, is
hereby approved and confirmed. This sale shall include no items currently located at 749 Ward
Drive, Goleta, CA 93111.
3 The sale of the Assets shall be free and clear of all liens, claims, interests, and
encumbrances (the "Liens"), with any existing Liens attaching to the proceeds of the sale in the
10 same order of priority, and with the same validity, force, and effect that existed with respect to the
11 Assets immediately prior to consummation of the sale.
12 4 Following removal of the Assets from 759 Ward Drive, Goleta CA 93111, no later
13 than September 11, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., the Receiver shall turn over all keys and access codes to the
14 owner.
5. Possession of 839 Ward Avenue shall also be returned to its landlord
15 on September 7, 2023.
