16                We, Patty Lee and Elsie Dokko, are the co-executors of the Estate of Nong Jue Lee Stein,

17       the trustees of the Nong Jue Lee Stein Revocable trust dated January 15, 1997, as restated on

18       December 31, 2020, and the sole beneficiaries of the Trust.

19                The probate examiner has asked us to provide proof that the estate cash on hand is fully

20       insured in observance of the FDIC limits. We hereby acknowledge the risk of having all estate

21       funds deposited into a single bank account and waive any requirement to segregate funds to

22       insure all of the estate funds under the FDIC limits.

23                We declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the

24       foregoing is true and correct.
