Upon consideration of the written pleadings and oral
arguments of the parties presented at
the hearing on the Plaintiff‘s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction on , 2021, and
good cause having been shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Carlos Ronces
Mondragon (“Owner”) and his respective agents, employees, successors,
or assignees, and other
related entities acting with the Owner and/or 0n his behalf, are hereby enjoined and prohib
ited
throughout the pendency of the above—captioned
case, from maintaining the Property located at
2020 S. Magnolia Avenue, in the City 0f Ontario, California, Assessor’s
Parcel Number 1014-541 -
10-0000 and 1014-5 14-10-1000 (the “Property”) in a

Additionally, the Owner is ordered t0 take the following
actions: Finalize all outstanding permits (B201 8021 53, B201 802386, and B201 802387,
B201802388, B202004146, and 8202004283) or remove
any unpermitted structures/construction
within 150 days from the date of this Order.
