On this day came to be heard Plaintiff's Motion to Modify (“Plaintiff's Motion”)
Court’s Order entered on September 14, granting Defendant The Learning xperience
Corp.’s Motion for Traditional Summary Judgment as to both of Plainti breach of contract
claims. After consideration, this Court is of the opinion that Pl], iff's Motion should be and
hereby is GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDG: AND DECREED that Plaintiffs Motion is
GRANTED, and the Court will mo its September 14, 2022 Order by vacating summary
judgment and reinstating Plai, s claim that Defendant The Learning Experience Corp. breached
the Guaranty of Renpy not paying Deferred Rent amounts to Plaintiff.
