parties' Joint Status Report, leaves the Court uncertain as to the correct spelling of
one defendant's name. Defendant Joseph Yteney was identified on the docket as
"Jospeh Yteney" pursuant to the Notice of Removal and supporting documentation.
However, Plaintiffs subsequent amended complaints (Doc. Nos. 14 & 36) name him
in the caption as "Jospeh Yetney", but then continue to refer to him in the allegations
as "Jospeh Yteney". The Joint Status Report (Doc. No. 34) does the same. This
Defendant's current answer (Doc. No. 27) identifies himself as "Joseph Yetney" and
uses that spelling throughout. In an effort to eliminate any further confusion, the
Court instructs the parties in all future filings in this case to use the spelling of
Defendant Joseph Yetney's name as set forth in the caption of Plaintiff-s live
pleading. Further, the Court directs the Clerk to correct the docket in this case to
